Please contact us after creating your account on this website, so that we can enable these discounts for website orders.
Dealer Discounts
Dealer discounts apply to list prices only and cannot be combined with other discount offers that may be offered to the general public from time to time.
A-R EditionsTitles
20% discount: All orders from distributors, wholesalers, jobbers, retailers, and all other resellers. This may not be as generous as some other publishers offer, but our books are specialty items that sell at high price points.
35% discount: Stocking orders of 20 or more copies of a single title intended for classroom adoption.
Special discounting is available on large orders of backlist titles. Please contact us for pricing. We are happy to work with you to capture that special order. It is not unheard of for a customer to want a copy of every book we have ever published all the way back to 1962!
Greenway Music Press Titles
40% discount: Orders from distributors, wholesalers, jobbers, retailers, and all other resellers. This discount level applies only to products with "GMP" at the beginning of their SKU.
Return Policy for Dealers and Resellers
For items that are damaged, lost in transit, or shipped incorrectly, please contact us. We will be happy to send a replacement.
No other returns are accepted. Please order only what you know you will sell. Our publications are generally printed in limited quantities, and each copy is valuable.
Special Return Policy for Classroom Adoption
Stocking orders of 20 or more copies of a single title per order will be eligible to return up to 20% of those titles after 60 days and within one year of the order date. Please contact us to authorize this return; unauthorized returns will not be accepted. This policy is primarily for college bookstores who may have overestimated student demand when stocking up before the term begins.
