Return Policy

Printed Products

Sometimes we make a mistake, and we will happily replace books that are damaged, lost in shipping, or shipped incorrectly. We will cover the charges for shipping these items back to us and for shipping the right item to you.

Sometimes you change your mind, and that’s okay too. You can return any product that is not what you expected or wanted within 30 days for a full refund of the product price only. Please contact us to get a Return Authorization Number, and we can tell you how to ship the item back to us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Your authorized return should include the original packing slip, if possible. Refunds will be credited against the same credit card used to make the original purchase. You will have to pay for return shipping.

Digital Music

What if you do not like the digital print music you purchased and added to your digital library? That’s okay, we’ll take it back. Just contact us within 30 days, and we will refund your purchase price to the credit card used to make the purchase.
